probation violations
It is almost never cost effective to hire us to help you with a charge that you have violated probation. You have been convicted, you have been allowed to serve your sentence outside of prison or jail, and you have taken that opportunity for granted.
There have been some limited occasions over the years that have justified incurring the expense of an attorney to help minimize the punishment imposed on a charge of someone violating probation but, for the most part, there is generally very little that can be done to help you.
Simply put, if you are on probation, do what you are supposed to do when you are supposed to do it as best you can.
If you have an issue, CALL YOUR PROBATION OFFICER. Most probation officers are interested in doing their jobs to the best of their ability. Many will work with you so long as you are making an effort and not just making excuses.
